Siberian Cats

Hanka of Kender
The Siberian Cat came into the USA in 1990
though has been popular in it's native country and region of Russia for hundreds
of years. They are a longhaired cat, that requires regular grooming, but
doesn't mat easily. They are sweet even tempered and very intelligent.
Many people claim they are even missing a protein in their saliva that makes
them less likely to cause an allergic reaction in most people.
All colors and patterns are accepted including the pointed's. All
registries in the USA except CFA recognize the Siberian for Championship status,
we are only Misc with CFA
Their exact history is a bit sketchy,
nothing solid is really
known except they have been around a VERY long time.
